Every user can:

• Explore the platform

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

(PAID – ANNUAL)

To access full benefits, members must complete Annual Account Verification.

4MENTORSHIP COMMITMENT

(MANDATORY FOR VERIFIED MEMBERS)

To maximize success and qualify for any refund consideration:

• Members must attend at least ONE mentorship session per week

• Each member:

• Chooses a convenient day and time

• Must attend consistently

• Attendance is recorded and monitored

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION PERIOD 

Members must complete: 

• At least 6 months of active mentorship participation

• Full 1-year verification cycle

REFUND ELIGIBILITY (VERIFICATION FEE ONLY)

Since registration is free, refunds apply ONLY to the verification fee.

A member may qualify for a refund ONLY IF ALL conditions below are met:

✅ ACTIVE PARTICIPATION 

• Consistent weekly mentorship attendance

• Verified attendance records

✅ POSITIVE MENTOR REPORT 

No negative feedback from mentor, such as: 

• Lack of seriousness

• Failure to follow guidance

✅ FULL CYCLE COMPLETION 

• The member has completed the entire 1-year verification period

✅ NO MEANINGFUL RESULTS 

The member can demonstrate that: 

• They did not achieve reasonable financial or business progress despite full compliance

REFUND DISQUALIFICATION 

A member WILL NOT be eligible for a refund if:

The mentor provides any negative report, including:

• Irregular attendance

• Lack of commitment

• Lack of seriousness

• Failure to apply teachings

The member:

• Skips mentorship sessions

• Does not engage actively

• Ignores provided opportunities

👉 In such cases, lack of success is considered member-related, not system-related.

 NATURE OF REFUND 

• Refund applies only to the first Annual Verification Fee

Refund is:

• Conditional (not automatic)

• Subject to review and approval

• Processing timelines will be communicated after approval

RENEWAL POLICY 

• Account verification is valid for one (1) year only

After expiration:

• Members must renew verification annually to continue full access

• Refund requests:

• Can only be made after the first verification period ends

• Not during an active cycle

COMPANY POSITION 

DOTGROUP provides:

• A structured platform

• Verified business environment

• Mentorship and support systems

However:

Success depends on both the system and the member’s commitment.

MEMBER AGREEMENT 

By verifying your account, you agree that:

• Registration is free, but verification is required for full benefits

• Weekly mentorship is mandatory

• Refund is conditional upon full compliance

• Non-participation cancels refund eligibility
