• Registration is completely FREE.

• Members pay only for Account Verification when they choose to become verified.

• Verification provides access to the benefits and opportunities available to verified members.

This policy explains:

• How verification works

• What verified members are expected to do

• How member progress is monitored

• How the community determines whether verification should continue

• When verification can be renewed

• When the initial verification payment may be refunded

• What happens when a member becomes inactive

2. FREE REGISTRATION

Joining DOTGROUP is completely FREE.

Every user can:

• Create an account through a referral link

• Explore the platform

• Learn about DOTGROUP

• Access available learning resources

• Participate in permitted community activities

• Discover available opportunities

However, certain platform benefits and opportunities may require account verification.

3. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

PAID ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Account Verification is the process through which a member becomes a verified member of DOTGROUP.

Verification is designed to establish a stronger relationship between the member and the DOTGROUP community based on:

Trust • Commitment • Participation • Progress

Verified members may become eligible for applicable DOTGROUP benefits and opportunities, including:

4. VERIFICATION IS A COMMITMENT

Verification is not intended to be simply a payment for access.

The member's journey is therefore based on:

5. MENTORSHIP AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Verified members are expected to participate in the mentorship and community structure provided by DOTGROUP.

Members should make reasonable efforts to:

• Attend mentorship sessions

• Participate in their community

• Complete relevant training

• Apply what they learn

• Explore available opportunities

• Develop useful skills

• Create content where applicable

• Build businesses where applicable

• Contribute positively to their community

The purpose of mentorship is to help members understand how to use the platform and turn available opportunities into meaningful personal development and progress.

6. MEMBER PROGRESS

DOTGROUP recognizes that progress will not look the same for every member.

Progress does not necessarily mean that a member must earn a particular amount of money.

Progress may include:

• Learning new skills

• Completing training

• Creating books

• Creating educational content

• Teaching others

• Building an audience

• Developing a business

• Making legitimate sales

• Creating products

• Participating in community activities

• Developing leadership abilities

• Using DOTGROUP platform features

• Building professional opportunities

• Generating legitimate income

• Making other measurable improvements through the platform

The community will consider the member's overall journey rather than using only one measurement.

7. COMMUNITY PROGRESS REVIEW

THE COMMUNITY DETERMINES WHETHER THE MEMBER SHOULD CONTINUE

At the end of the applicable verification period, the member's community will review the member's participation and progress.

The purpose of the review is simple:

Is this member actively using DOTGROUP and making meaningful progress?

The community may consider:

• Platform activity

• Mentorship participation

• Learning progress

• Community participation

• Content creation

• Business activities

• Skills development

• Opportunities pursued

• Contributions to the community

• Other measurable activities

The review is intended to determine whether the member should continue with verification or receive a refund because of inactivity.

8. TWO POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

After the community review, there are only two possible outcomes.

OUTCOME 1 — THE MEMBER IS ACTIVE AND MAKING PROGRESS

If the member is actively participating and making meaningful progress through DOTGROUP:

✅ THE MEMBER CAN CONTINUE.

The community can recommend that the member renew their verification for another verification period.

The member can continue learning, participating, building, creating and pursuing available opportunities.

9. OUTCOME 2 — THE MEMBER IS INACTIVE

If the member has not been actively participating and the community determines that the member has made no meaningful progress because of inactivity, the member will not be required to continue paying for verification.

In this situation:

The member's initial verification amount will be refunded.

After the refund:

❌ THE MEMBER'S DOTGROUP ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED/CLOSED.

This ensures that a member who is no longer actively using the platform is not simply required to keep paying for verification.

10. THERE IS NO REFUND DISQUALIFICATION

DOTGROUP does not intend to create a complicated system where members can be disqualified from receiving their refund because of different forms of failure.

The principle is straightforward:

ACTIVE + PROGRESSING = CONTINUE

INACTIVE + NO MEANINGFUL PROGRESS = REFUND

The purpose is not to punish members.

The purpose is to determine whether continuing the relationship is beneficial to both the member and DOTGROUP.

11. THE REFUND

Because registration is completely free, the refund applies to the initial verification amount paid by the member for their first verification.

The refund is connected to the community's end-of-cycle review.

If the community determines that the member has remained inactive and has not made meaningful progress, the member's initial verification payment will be refunded according to the applicable refund procedure.

The refund is therefore:

Not a punishment.

Not a penalty.

Not a reward for failure.

It is simply the mechanism used when the community determines that an inactive member should not continue with verification.

12. RENEWAL POLICY

Verification applies for the designated verification period.

When the verification period approaches its end, the member's community reviews the member's progress.

If the member is progressing:

CONTINUE → RENEW VERIFICATION

If the member is inactive:

REFUND → CLOSE/DELETE ACCOUNT

Therefore, renewal is not automatic.

A member does not simply renew because another year has arrived.

The member's continued participation is based on their demonstrated activity and progress within DOTGROUP.

13. WHY THIS SYSTEM EXISTS

DOTGROUP wants verification to represent an active relationship between the member and the platform.

The company does not want members to:

• Verify their accounts

• Become inactive

• Stop participating

• Stop learning

• Stop using the platform

• Then continue paying for verification indefinitely.

Instead, DOTGROUP wants to encourage members to use the opportunities available to them.

The system therefore encourages:

Participation → Action → Progress → Continuation

14. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEMBER

Every verified member is encouraged to take responsibility for their own development.

DOTGROUP provides:

Platform + Training + Mentorship + Community + Opportunities

The member provides:

Commitment + Participation + Action + Consistency

The purpose of the system is to work together.

15. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMMUNITY

The community also has an important responsibility.

Community leaders should:

• Monitor participation

• Encourage members

• Support learning

• Help members understand available opportunities

• Track meaningful progress

• Conduct fair reviews

• Base decisions on actual activity

• Communicate the outcome clearly

The community should not make decisions based on personal relationships, favoritism or personal disagreements.

The decision should be based on the member's actual participation and progress.

16. FAIR COMMUNITY REVIEW

The community review should focus on one question:

"Is this member actively participating and making meaningful progress through DOTGROUP?"

If the answer is YES:

✅ Continue and renew.

If the answer is NO, because the member has become inactive:

💰 Refund the initial verification amount and close/delete the account.

There should be no unnecessary complications.

17. MEMBER AGREEMENT

By completing account verification, the member acknowledges and agrees that:

• Registration is free.

• Verification is paid.

• Verification is for the applicable verification period.

• Active participation is encouraged and expected.

• The community will review the member's progress at the end of the verification period.

• Renewal is not automatic.

• Active and progressing members may continue by renewing their verification.

• Members who are inactive and have made no meaningful progress may receive a refund of their initial verification payment.

• Following the refund, the member's DOTGROUP account will be closed/deleted.

• The purpose of the policy is to encourage participation, progress and fairness.

If you are actively using the DOTGROUP platform and making progress, your community approve you in continuing and renewing your verification.

If you become inactive and make no meaningful progress, you will not be required to continue paying for verification. Your initial verification amount will be refunded, and your DOTGROUP account will be closed/deleted.
