The CNO leads nursing professionals across all healthcare facilities and medical programs operating at the Global, Continental, National, State, Local Government, Community, and Unit levels.

The CNO ensures that nursing services are safe, professional, compassionate, and aligned with international healthcare standards while supporting DOTGROUP's mission of improving health, well-being, and community development.
