No police officer or security agent has the right to arrest you without first doing the following:

* Properly identifying themselves.

* Telling you which station or unit they’re from.

* Clearly explaining the reason for your arrest.

* Presenting a valid arrest warrant (when required).

* If they don’t do any of these, the arrest is ILLEGAL.

And yes, the officer involved can be held personally accountable under the law.
