*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

 

*Responsibilities:*

  Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

  Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

  Maintain and update company databases.

  Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

  Answer queries by employees and clients.

  Update office policies as needed.

  Schedule in-house and external events.

  Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

  Monitor office operations and coordinate with the team to ensure maximum efficiency.

  Assist in office staff recruitment and orientation activities.

 

*Requirements:*

  Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.

  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  Discretion and confidentiality.

  Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
