- Each of the 4 individuals will bring a business plan (max $2000)
- We'll establish the business, and they'll be the Director
- They'll receive 20% of the profits, while 80% goes back to the community

We understand the lack of trust, so we'll do this:
- The community will choose a trusted person to handle the money
- We'll establish an office, set up the 4 individuals with their business plans, and show our commitment
- Once everything is in place, we'll take over fund management to ensure transparency and accountability
