🕊️ DEATH OF A MEMBER POLICY

🎯 CORE OBJECTIVE

The Death of a Member Policy was established to:

• Protect the integrity and security of the DOT ecosystem.

• Prevent identity theft and unauthorized account usage.

• Maintain transparency and trust within the platform.

• Recognize and honor the contributions of members and workers.

• Preserve the legacy of committed workers.

• Demonstrate compassion and solidarity with members and their families during times of loss.

👥 NON-WORKER MEMBERS

Non-workers include members in:

• Building Stage (BUS)

• Copper Stage (COS)

• Bronze Stage (BOS)

• Silver Stage (SIS)

• Sapphire Stage (SAS)

• Emerald Stage (EMS)

Policy

In the event of the death of a non-worker member, the member's account shall be permanently deactivated.

The account shall no longer remain active and cannot be transferred, inherited, sold, or operated by another person.

This policy exists to ensure that:

• Every account represents one real individual.

• Fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized access are prevented.

• Trust and security are maintained within the ecosystem.

Condolence Support

As a family-oriented ecosystem, DOT recognizes that every member is valuable.

Therefore:

• The company may organize or send representatives for a condolence visit to the family of the deceased member.

• Depending on the member's level of activity, contribution, popularity, and relationship within the ecosystem, company representatives may also attend the burial ceremony or memorial events to honor the deceased member.

This demonstrates the company's culture of compassion, unity, and community.

Guiding Principle

"One account belongs to one person, but every member belongs to one community."

• Support the families left behind.

• Strengthen loyalty, responsibility, and human relationships within the ecosystem.

🔥 MASTER STATEMENT

"At DOT, people are not forgotten after their service. We honor commitment, preserve legacies, and recognize that behind every contribution is a family and a story worth remembering."

🕊️ FINAL PRINCIPLE

A member's account ends with the member.

A worker's legacy continues through the lives they touched and the remembrance support extended to their family.

In DOT, we do not only build an ecosystem; we build a family.
