DOT PROFIT-SHARING PLAN

At DOT, we believe in sharing our success with our members and communities. Our profit-sharing plan is designed to reward our members for their contributions and commitment to our company.

PROFIT-SHARING STRUCTURE

Our profit-sharing structure consists of four tiers:

1. COMMUNITY SHARE: The percentage of annual profits will be allocated to our community share, which will be distributed among our members based on their membership stage with the community

2. STATE/REGIONAL SHARE: The percentage of annual profits will be allocated to our state/region share, which will be distributed among our members based on their membership stage and location within the State/Region.

3. NATIONAL SHARE: The percentage of annual profits will be allocated to our country share, which will be distributed among our members based on their membership stage and country of residence.

4. WORLDWIDE SHARE: The percentage of annual profits will be allocated to our worldwide share, which will be distributed among our members based on their membership stage.
