1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a DOT2025 account, accessing the platform, or using any DOTGROUP service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with all applicable policies, guidelines, and future updates issued by DOTGROUP.

6. DOT Wallet

Every registered member receives a DOT Wallet.

The DOT Wallet enables members to:

• Store DOT.
• Transfer DOT to other members.

• Purchase courses.
• Access approved platform services.

DOT is an internal unit of account used within the DOT2025 ecosystem.

DOT is not legal tender, a cryptocurrency, a bank account, or an investment product.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are free through Authorized DOEXCHANGE Offices and Verified Agents.

Verified Members enjoy free withdrawals.

Guest Members may be charged withdrawal service fees according to the official DOEXCHANGE Fee Schedule.

DOTGROUP reserves the right to revise withdrawal limits and service fees when necessary, with reasonable notice where applicable.

8. DOEXCHANGE Agents

Only Authorized DOEXCHANGE Agents may:

• Register members.
• Process deposits.
• Process withdrawals.
• Process verification payments.
• Process membership renewals.

Members should never conduct financial transactions with unauthorized persons claiming to represent DOTGROUP.

9. Payments

Members are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.

Completed transactions may not be reversible except where permitted by applicable law or DOTGROUP policy.

10. Educational Services

Courses, certificates, training materials, and learning resources remain the intellectual property of DOTGROUP unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Marketplace

Members buying or selling through the marketplace must provide accurate information.

DOTGROUP may moderate listings and remove content that violates platform rules.

12. Communities and Social Features

Members must not:

• Harass others.
• Publish illegal content.
• Spread misinformation intentionally.
• Promote scams.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

DOTGROUP may remove content that violates community standards.

13. Advertising

Advertisements must comply with DOTGROUP Advertising Policies.

DOTGROUP reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove advertisements that violate company policies or applicable laws.

14. Intellectual Property

The DOTGROUP name, DOT2025, DOEXCHANGE, logos, trademarks, software, graphics, documents, and platform content remain the property of DOTGROUP unless otherwise stated.

No part may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

15. Fraud and Security

DOTGROUP maintains zero tolerance for:

• Identity fraud.
• •Financial fraud.
• Fake accounts.
• Money laundering.
• Unauthorized access.
• System abuse.
• Scams.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to appropriate authorities.

16. Privacy

DOTGROUP collects and processes personal information to provide platform services.

Information is handled in accordance with the DOTGROUP Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

17. Suspension and Termination

DOTGROUP may suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraud.

• Abuses other members.
• Uses the platform for illegal activities.

18. Limitation of Liability

DOTGROUP strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, DOTGROUP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
